Widcomm does not detect V600

Hello all..

Well.. I just bought Motorola V600 with Bluetooth USB device. I have installed the software properly and Windows XP with service pack 2 detects my phone, but the Widcomm does not detect.

I need help.. please... I called the Motorola Support here in Brazil and they don´t know what to do.
