nokia 3650 bluetooth question

I have bought a Nokia 3650 camera phone and I would like to connect with my pc. I want to use bluetooth and I am wondering what do I need to buy to make my computer ready to use. I am completely new to this and I appreciate any help available. (I have downloaded the "nokia pc suite" already) My computer is a sony vaio PCV RS-312v. Do I need a bluetooth pc card, or a bluetooth usb adapter? Has anyone did this already?

I don't know if there are any such things as "Bluetooth PC Cards" but I do know that USB dongles do exist. They're relatively cheap (<US$60) and are easy to install (download the drivers, install them [reboot, blasted windows] and plug in).
