RCA bluetooth receiver

I want to play MP3 through a RCA input port on my TV or home theater (since my DVD interface sucks and would have to use a CD anyway) via my laptop or 6230 Nokia. Is there such an adapter?? This would have to be a "dumb" bluetooth device which talks to the transmitter but can't talk to its device; is this possible?
