Headset Help Please

I have a Samsung M-300 phone. Started out with a Motorola HS-850 headset. My
wife wanted it so I bought a Plantronics V-510 for myself. The Plantronics
has much better audio clarity. However, with the motorola I can go into
voice command mode by tapping the call control button. With the Plantronics
I have to open the phone, key up the voice kit menu and then enter voice
command mode, very inconvenient while driving.

Is there any headset out there that has the audio clarity and voice command
from the phone? I'm not being to picky, picky am I?
