Default Ad-Hoc networking with Bluetooth

Hi,

Using 802.11b adaptors, I set up an Ad-Hoc network between my desktop and
laptop and can map drives, share printers and internet etc no problem (using
win-XP)

My brother has Bluetooth adaptors on his desktop and laptop (win2000) and I
just can't seem to map drives or share printers. Within the Bluetooth
software you can fileshare, but that just opens a copy of the file, not
actually read/writing directly to the remote device.

Is this a Bluetooth, Win2000 or Stupid User "thing".

Can you use Bluetooth to set up a similar Ad-Hoc network as with 802.11b
adaptors etc?

Many thanks.

Darren.

If you're using LAP (the one that requires ICS) then it's an ICS thing
(routing). An alternative is to use PAN instead (no ICS, Bridge on XP or
other routing software if needed).
