BlueTooth ear phone for running use?

Anyone have experience with a BlueTooth ear phone that
will stay put in ear while running and bouncing
up/down?

Id like to keep the cell phone in my pack and wear the
BT ear piece hence the question.

Just get a headband and wear it in such a way that it helps hold it in. But
make sure it doesn't press any of the buttons.

I have used a Sony DR-BT22 with a headband and I could even listen to my
tunes at the same time using the "Wireless Stereo."
