Default Bluetooth starter kit

Hi guys,
This is gones. Iam a newbie to Bluetooth and this forum. I am currently understanding Bluetooth stack. I am planning to use bluez or some open source bluetooth stack for my study. I am looking for a Bluetooth transreceiver which supports the RF layer and interacts with the baseband layer through USB/serial port. The above layers L2CAP, HCI, baseband layer(LMP) and all will run on the host PC.

The communication between the Baseband layer and the Bluetooth hardware should happen through USB/serial.

could someone guide me in this.

Thanks in advace.

warm regards
Gones
