Am new to bluetooth (never any need for it) and am having major issues. I am using the Bluesoleil software on my laptop and the software pairs and connects with my bluetooth headphones no problem. The sound is uniterrupted until I put my laptop in a cupboard . My sound then cuts in and out and I am standing no more than 2 metres away
Perhaps I misunderstand bluetooth technology but I thought walls/cupboards and range were not an issue?
I cant believe no-one has responded! Rather than to give me a solution could someone tell me if my problem is common or something somewhere is not right!
If Bluuetooth doesnt like cupboards and distances of 2 metres what a crap technology.
Good morning! Maybe your post caught us in the middle of the night here in the States. Anyway, I'm not sure what the problem is with you laptop and Blue Soleil v6x, but I'm using ver 2.3.0.0 (060728), which came with my Aluratek bluetooth dongle, and it seems to work fine, even at over 10 metres, going through the floor and two walls.
