Default CDMA and Bluetooth

Looking to use a phone (which one I don't know yet) to hookup to a laptop
w/Windows 98. Any ideas?

Look for the Sony Ericsson T608
http://www.geekzone.co.nz/content.asp?contentid=2041

Currently available on Sprint only.

Not particularly reccomended since Sprint has a 3 meg limit on their
vision packs with this phone... I have not read weather they enforce it
or not but it was said that this limit existed when the phone was
released and that they can start charing by the kb when it is exceeded.
Rather easy to do unless you are a very occasional browser.... There
are other models which can be used on thee Verizon network which would
be better suited for more data.

True (and cited on the linked article). But seeing this question is about
CDMA and Bluetooth, the latest model available is the T608.

I agree the limit is pretty annoying, and there's no reason why the
Bluetooth phone should be treated differently from a simple infrared phone
by Sprint.

Sprint frowns on data useage on vision phones...They prefer one buys the
bussiness $80/mo for unlimited. This is why I departed CDMA and went to
T-Mobile USA.

I could very likely exceed 3 megs in WAP usage without too much trouble.
