reinstalling drivers

I recently reinstalled windows on my desktop, and it no longer recognizes my
USB D-link Bluetooth dongle. My guess is that I have to reinstall the
drivers. What I'm wondering is, should I reinstall the same drivers I had
before - as far as I can tell, it's "widcommsdk.dll version 1.2.1", or are
there newer drivers that I should use? And, if so, which ones and where
should I get them?

I use bluetooth to transfer files btwn the desktop and my laptop, and btwn
my desktop and my nokia 3650; I also sync the calendars btwn the phone and
the desktop.
