Default Bluetooth device driver

anyone here knows how to write a bluetooth device driver? I had a bluetooth now but the operating system wouldnt recognise it as there is no device driver for it. i'm using it in windows environment. I'm a newbie to bluetooth and not very good in programming, thus i don't know where should i start to write about this device driver thingy and wat language i need to use for this software. Can someone pls give some advice on this..thx in advance.

One should have come with your Bluetooth adapter. WinXP also has one within it.
