No probs here with the 250. Good talk time and great standby time. Swap
for a new one if its dodgy. Don't just write off the whole make for one
potentially faulty unit.

Some bluetooth implementations are flaky. Can you borrow another phone and
check. Your phone might
need reflashing to the latest edition?
