belking usb bluetooth with dsc fx77 - not connecting

hi

I have brought Sony cybershot dsc fx77 and belking usb bluetooth adaptor.
After installing the sony full softwares like (File transfer. Pixela Image)
and belkin usb adaptor softwars .. "This device has no bluetooth service to
use"

How to connect and transfer file and remote camara? please please help.
