Sharp GX-15 bluetooth connection problem

hi all,
i have a sharp gx-15,and am trying to connect it to the pc via bluetooth.
my bluetooth program (IVT bluesoleil) recognises the phone no probs,and the
phone sees the pc (comes up as paired,and detecsts fine).
however,the datasuite does not see the phone at all,and just keeps searching
for it.
the suite is set to bluetooth,and the only adjustment on the suite is for
port setting (com 1 to 13). not sure what this setting is for,but have tried
them all just in case,still no joy.

i have same prob, but some more ,i don't know which program must be used in pc to comunicate with sharp gx15, i am thankfull if give some hint
