Bluetooth Audio from my notebook

I've got a Dell inspiron 8600 with bluetooth.

Questions:
Are there any bluetooth receiver that can be connected to my stereo system that will enable my built in bluetooth from my notebook to send the audio to my stereo system via the bluetooth receiver?

I've searched the net, and the only one I could find is the one from bluetake. Will this work for the above purpose? (i.e., without using the transmitter, and using the built in transmitter from my notebook).

I'm sure this can be done since there are lots of bluetooth stereo headset outhere....

How about with the sound quality? Are they decent?

I have the same question for connecting my Dell Inspiron9200 audio (with internal bluetooth) to an audio/video system with a bluetooth receiver. I can only find bluetooth packages with tranceiver and receiver. I need a bluetooth audio receiver only and a bluetooth driver for my labtop ?
