Bluetooth is not working - at all!!!

Hey guys.

I've got this funny little problem i'm trying to solve, but so far unsuccessful. I've got a K700 phone and I have the Belkin USB adaptor (http://catalog.belkin.com/IWCatProductPage.process?Merchant_Id=&Section_Id=2 00583&pcount=&Product_Id=126336). Now the weird thing is that after I install the USB adaptor it don't work but partially. I can detect my phone throught Bluetooth Devices but the main Icon which changes from Red to White with the bluetooth sign keeps telling me that Bluetooth device was not found. I can't figure out why? I've had reset the drivers and reinstalled the whole thing several times - it still don't work. On my secong computer when i try it out it says that I have some thing wrong with my registry files - but screw the second PC, i need to get it working on this one at least.

I heard that it might have some thing to do with the SP2 ... but i didn't find any good suggestions on how to fix the problem.

If some one could give me a hand with this problem I would be more than grateful. Thanks a bunch in advance.
