Hp H6340 And Targus Ir Keyboard

Dear friends,
No matter how much I try, I cannot make my palmtop accept the Targus wireless IR keyboard. I have downloaded the latest drivers from Targus ver. (1.3) but I keep getting the message that other devices are using the ir. I have configured the h6340 to not search for all irs as adviced, but it still does not work. Any clues... Anyone??
