there are a few ways to do this. without actually knowing hte router/AP yoiu are using I can't say for sure. But, some offer a filter of some nature.
the belkin I have has a "Client IP filter". it will allow blocking specific ports for a specific time. you would have to staticly assign an IP to each machine you want to limit. once you assign the IP, go to the setup page on the router and then enter the IP you want to limit and choose the day/time (or choose always block) and port(s) you want to block. if you want to block everything do a range from 0-655xx (can't remember off-hand the highest port number). after that's done, click on eneable and save changes.
LInksys routers offer about the same settings but they are under security.
if they are wireless, you could set up mac address filtering and DO NOT add the machines you want to block. this would be only if you didn't ever want them to have access. the other method above you can specify times, say 7PM until 9PM M-F then setup another with the same IP and do Saturday 8AM through Sunday 9PM.
