Default Logitech BT HS + Hama BT Dongle + XP

Hi all,

the Logitech Bluetooth Headset works together with the Hama BT Dongle (class 2) under XP. I am using Skype and Cisco's IP Phone. The setup works and quality is good / very good.

Two issues exist though:
  1. When inserting the dongle, settings in "Sounds and Audio Devices" are modified. In the tabs "Audio" and "Voice", all Default Devices are set to "Bluetooth Audio". Is there a way of chaning this behavior?
  2. The BT HS from Logitech lasts pretty long in the standby mode. This assumes that the HS goes do standby. However, in my case, the HS never goes to standby. Any idea what I need to tweak to make the HS go to standby when using it with the computer. Interestingly, the HS never goes to standby when using it with the Nokia 6210.
Widcomm Driver: 1.4.2.8
Hama Dongle: 49204 / BT USB-Adapter Class 2
XP: SP 1
Skype: 1.0.0.106

Thanks in advance. Harald
