Problems in comunication bluetooth between motorola v550 and sharp gx15

I have a Sharp GX15 and one friend a Motorola V550.
He can send me photos, videos, ringtones.But I can´t transfer him nothing.
I think that this problem is with wait time of Sharp GX15.V550 is so slow
connecting to GX15 and GX15 shows: Connection Error.Retry?

Two terminals are from Vodafone(Spain)
