Palm Blueboard on a PC?

I'd like to use the Palm Blueboard feature on my T3 toshow up on my laptop
or desktop (both are bluetooth equipped).

Is there a piece of software out there that does this? 'Blueboard for PC' or
a bluetooth plugin for MSpaint or something like that?
