Cardo Scala volume??? compatibility???

I have a hearing loss and need lots of power. The best so far is the
very unwieldy Logitech (that huge one), which has a 1" output
transducer. Unfortunately, the claws that hold onto the ear don't, and
retention is precarious.

So I bought a new phone that brought a free Jabra BT200 with it - and
it's really nice, but won't do more than a couple of feet and sure won't
connect through any body tissue.

The Cardo Scala gets raves for a lot of things, but I can't find
comments on volume.
