Samsung SGH-D500 software

Does anyone know of software that will work with this model Samsung. No
software came with the phone, and while I can send from PC via BT to the
phone I can't send to the PC.

Bob, I have downloaded the software for this phone today from the
Samsung web site. It is calles Easy Studio.

I have been able to download and upload images to the phone without
this softeare, I guess this may be an issue witht the setup of the
bluetooth security on the Phone or on the PC!

Guys, I am looking for a place where I could get the new firmware for the Samsung SGH-D500.
Why?
Well, as you certainly all already know, more and more users suffer from D500 firmware weaknesses. As for instance in my case, deleted pictures that are still appearing as exisiting in the directories and that cannot be removed anymore.

So, I have eared that this is solved by replacing the firmware...

Of course, the support is done only at Samsung, and I have to send my phone back in order to have the problem solved. Obviously I don't want to get rid of my cellular for an extended period, and prefer to solve the problem myself.

so, if any of you know where I can get my hands on it, feel free to share the info with me...
