setting up several hotspots and only one server...

I've got a difficult question and hope that you can help me !

Right so basically here is the idea : I've got one server (fix IP) that will manage several hotspots. The server has a login page for each hotspot. Each hotspot has its own internet connexion (dynamic Ip of course...) and the router is set to hit the server's login page. There's only one login/password for each hotspot. finally, I only want the password to change and that every day.

Is that possible and if so, what software/hardware must I buy ?
