Is Motorola V600 IN-CAPABLE of bluetooth internetworking?

I've asked this question before but no answer.

Is it possible for Motorola v600 to use bluetooth for internetworking?
That is using my computer bluetooth as the internet gateway for my
Motorola v600 bluetooth-capable instead of thru the tzones?

Instead of using WAP, can it have IP connectivity with bluetooth-enabled
workstation to bluetooth-enabled devices such as the Motorola V600
wireless phone and PDAs?

If possible, how do I set it up? Thanks
