Bluetooth on my V505

I have a Motorola V505 with AT&T Wireless with bluetooth. I can recieve files via bluetooth from other devices and the headset works fine, but I'm not finding any way to send to other devices. Only a headset. I want to send a file to another bluetooth phone. Does anyone know if this feature is disabled on my device? Or am I just not finding something somewhere?
