PDA wifi questions

Hi,

I have wifi at home and use my PDA to access the net when my g/f is on the PC. Is there a way of accessing files on my PC like media files so I can watch them on the PDA, or do my expenses on Excel while in the other room?

I have a mio 168 with the 256mb wifi sd card.
