PC to PC Wireless Network. Ad-Hoc Mode

I'm been trying to make a PC to PC network connection with two bluetooth
adaptors, 100m type.

One of the PC's is WinXP SP2 (Using XP's BT software) - Network server.
Other PC is a Win2000 PC running the Widcomm software.

While they pair with each other fine, I initially tried making an incoming
Serial Connection, which worked reasonably, but I had to manually make a Com
port connection each time, BEFORE starting the networking conntion.

I tried shutting down the PC's, then bringing them up separately - the WinXP
PC then seemed to offer a PAN LAN connection through BT, while it connected
fine, I could not get traffic to pass, even playing with IP's and gateways
failed to solve the troubles.

What am I doing wrong, it worked via Serial Port emulation, just not as well
as I'd liked.
