Default Problems with T608

I'm having problems connecting my Sony Ericsson T608 to Apple's iSync
and Palm's Tungsten T2.

With my Mac, I can set up the T608 as a new bluetooth device under OS
X (they pair up with a passkey), but when I try to use iSync, I get
the following error message:

|T608| Cannot get full address book
Conduit T608 generated exception NSSyncConduitException: Cannot get
full address book.
can't connect to the device to synchronize T608.

With my T2, I can set up the T608 as a trusted bluetooth device, but
when I try to select the T608 to use with phone applications, the T608
freezes up at the "Connecting." screen.

I've read that other people have used the T608 with both iSync and the
T2 without problems.
I thought I might have had a bad phone so I got a replacement, but I'm
still having the same problems. Does anyone have any ideas about what
could be going wrong?

Thanks,
Mike
