Question Damaged WiFi point after flash upgrade

Hi, I have recently flashed the firmware of my USR2249 wireless access point but now it no longer works. The 'link' light stays lit when it is connected to the switch, but the 'data' light just blinks.

The USR utility program wont detect it or pick it up, I also cant access it via the web interface.

As usual Tech Support are not being very supportive and I cant seem to get any sence after they 'supply a replacement after a RMA is issued', but I cant even get an RMA number from them.

Does anyone know of a way to detect the device via its MAC address and possibly repair it/reflash it and get it working again. Or maybe someone might be able to point me in the right direction.

Many thanks

Chris (weirdzombiebloke@hotmail.com)
