Motorola V550 And bluetooth Dongle

Hi I want to download photographs from my Mobile phone to my pc but dont
know what to do!.as new to all this !. I am working off windows XP Home and
service pack 2 when loading the dongle software onto pc it said that the
dongle did not have a Valid windows licence as per instructions I pressed
Carry on it did and it does come up with software not found and no hardware
found
I have installed the dongle as it has said per instructions
my phone shop has said that my phone is set up as it is in the history the
name of the computer ! but if that is the case how the Heck do I download
pictures onto my pc using the Bluetooth dongle it is in the USB port but
nothing seems to happen How do you down load the pictures please Can anyone
help!.it would be appreciated .Thank YOU!.
