Default Bluetooth tech question? Please advise.

I just purchased this adapter (Zonet Bluetooth USB Adapter - ZUB6101C) and I
have a question about it. I mainly use my Bluetooth adapter for audio
(headset profile) and communication (serial port profile) with my phone (SE
P910 and Nokia 6600). Now, when my headset is connected via Bluetooth and I
try to activate the serial port for my phone the adapter shuts off! I mean
shuts off, the blue light goes out and I have to unplug it and re-plug it to
get it to work again. The same problem arises if I try to send a file or a
photo from the PC to the phone.

I called Tech support and they are telling me that this is normal! They say
that when using the head set then that is the only profile you can use! Is
this true? If it is then I think Bluetooth sucks!

I hope that someone with Bluetooth knowledge can get back to me. I am trying
to learn this thing. Thanks.

the bluetooth in ur phone only accepts one connection at a time.
Most bluetooth adapters for PC can accept a few connections (belkin has 7
connections it can use)
