V551/h2215/Suncom Connectivity

I am based in the carolinas and my company has recently switched to
Suncom. I have a v551 phone and hp h2215 handled. Bluetooth is working
and i can tranfer numbers,pictures,etc. I also have internet access
through Suncom.

I am unable to connect my h2215 to the internet via the v551 and no one
from Suncom can help. Does anybody have a solution?
