Newsgroup or chat for Motorola MPx220?

Please tell me whether there is a specialized newsgroup of chat group for
the Motorola MPx220. I'm not having any luck with the so-called Motorola
Cellular Information Center.

In case a kindred spirit is reading this, please tell me how to find
pictures on my MPx220 from my computer. I'm trying to move pictures from the
phone to the computer. I have installed activesync and established a
relationship between the computer and the phone. But when I click on Explore
and look at the phone's contents, I can't find the pictures. Any advice
would be most appreciated. Many thanks.
