Bluetooth Sitecom CN-500 and Nokia 6230

Greetings!

Could anyone advise me on how to install the respective software for a
Nokia 6230 cellphone and a Sitecom CN-500 bluetooth USB dongle?
What I mean is, in what order should I install them?
Bluetooth soft followed by Nokia soft, or the other way around?
Or is that irrelevant?
