Default Bluetooth application development (S.O.S)

Hello, my name is kok seong and i m now a undergraduate college student. I am doing my final project a Mobile phone remote pc system.

Systems' Features:
mobile phone Remote Winamp
mobile phone Remote Windows Media player
and mobile phone remote power point application

I hope i can make used of Bluetooth technology to develop this system.

I got several doubt hoping someone can help me :

Q1 Any development tools(s/w, h/w) can i make used of to dev my system via Bluetooth?

Q2 Which programming language support Bluetooth tech ?

Q3 How should i start ?

i hope someone can answer me. .. thank you ~~

For the phone or for the computer? What are you looking to do on each? For the computer, pretty much any language that supports DLLs will support BlueTooth. For the phone...no idea.

Hi Mr. alxdotnet,

ok about for the computer site i will deal with Windows family OS. (i think i will need to deal with win32 or window programming stuff)

and for the mobile phone site. .
i plan to use J2ME or C++ using nokia developer platform serial 40 or 60

but i m still now in the data gathering phase that i still hav vague idea on every things

Can you tell me some about those remote PC stuff ? ?

Like how code a remote PC system using bluetooth ..
PC to PC ~
or PDA to PC ~

Such as phone controlling computer?
Bluetooth works like any other network, at least in my understanding. Both devices have IP addresses. All your computer would have to do is listen on a port under the computers BT IP address, and accept an incoming connection from the phone. Your application on the phone could then send commands to the computer, which would then interpret and execute them.

Default Bluetooth API

i m implementing bluetooth technology on my system (mobile phone remote PC system)

i need implement jsr-82..
do i need to buy any bluetooth API ?
or stack ?

do they provide any free bluetooth API ?

On windows I don't think you will need anything, just a language that supports client server programming.

On the phone, you will use the maker's BT API.
