Accessories for the Palm Tungsten E

I am considering purchasing a Palm Tungsten E Handheld. One of the
accessories is a 512MB Memory Card for this product.

Question: Can I use any 512MB Memory Card? Or, do I have to have to buy
the SanDisk 512MB SD card for $74.95? (As advertised on:
www.thepocketsolution.com)

Question: If I use the MP3 feature to listen to "my music", how do I transfer
"my music" to the product?

I'm new to PDA's.
