Exclamation btscanner on linux

Hi@all

After i had installed the bluetooth protocoll stack (blueZ) on my SuSE Linux 9.1, i tried to install btscanner. But there was no way to install this. If i made ./configure there was an error like:
...
-lcurses in main not found
Curses not found

after this, I installed the Curses library, but the problem isn't away, can anybody help me?

Bye
sandsturm

Default

Hi,
AFAIK SuSE splits ncurses in 2 parts: the "user" part and
the "ncurses-dev" (or similar), which includes the headers
needed to compile and link applications against ncurses.
Have you installed both packages? If not, give it a try.

regards

Default Similar problem...but error says "configure: error: Bluetooth not found"

when I run ./configure for btscanner...it gets to "checking for main in -lbluetooth... no" then cuts out with the above error.

I have bluez-libs and bluez-utils and i can conect to my mobile phone OK.

what do i need?

cheers
