Handsfree Recommendation

Newbie Question.....

I have a Motorola 551 phone...do I have to use a Motorola bluetooth
handsfree?

I really like the clip on types as opposed to the wrap around the ear types
(Jabra, et al)...

Are the Nokia or Sony/Ericcson clip on types compatible with the 551 phone?
