ATT new phone V3 VS ?

Hi all,

Does anyone know if a cingular Moto V3 will work with a Att sim card. I currently Have a great plan on att but no phone to go with it....Cingulars options to me are select one of their antiquated "BRICK" Phones or migrate. However i did speak to on resolutions MGR that agreed to send me a Razr V3. Can I just pop in my att sim & be on my way?
