Bluetooth Adaptor Question

I have a D-Link bluetooth adaptor w/it's software plugged into my
desktop. I use it to download my pictures from my Moto V551.

Presently what I have to do is right click on the bluetooth icon in my
system tray/task tray (whatever) and choose "receive a file" to
complete the link.

Does anybody know how I can make a shortcut to this on my desktop that
I can just click on when I want to perform this?
