Stereo sound (CD-quality, lossy encoding) in Bluetooth is called
'Advanced Audio' and the corresponding protocol is A2DP. (Do not confuse
with 'Bluetooth Audio', which is 8kHz, 8bit, mono.) You will need an
A2DP-SRC on your notebook and an A2DP-SNK next to your stereo. You can
use
http://www.heise.de/mobil/bluetooth/db/ to look for devices, for
example the BlueTake Hi-Phono BT460EX will do what you want.
Regarding software on the notebook to implement the SRC: The most common
seems to be BlueSoleil, but also modern Widcomm software (since version
4) can do that. And of course there is
http://bluetooth-alsa.sf.net/ for
Linux.
I guess you can understand German, so also see
