MS VB6.0 interfacing with Bluetooth

Dear Expert,

Currently I would like to create a application to using VB6.0 as the frant end application to comunicate the bluetooth device to do send and receive data with laptop or handphone device. The following was my questions :

1) How to get / download the API / DLL / Active X from the internet.
2) How to get for more information about blutooth for VB6.0 development.
3) Where can get more sample source code about blutooth for VB6.0 development.

The only Bluetooth development I've seen is on C, and its variants (C++, Visual C++, etc.).

AFAIK, VB lacks the necessary "hooks" to do anything so low-level as Bluetooth.

I could be wrong, though.

Im also looking for a Bluetooth DK for VB. I was wondering whether you'd found anything reagrding this. Any help would be really appreciated.

It may be possible to set up a virtual serial port for BT and work with that....getting to the lower levels of the BT stack wont be an option there though...
