Help on how to use Bluetooth?

Hi all,

Im pretty new to using bluetooth and have met into some problems.

I not sure of the following:

1) if sound is to be transmitted, then i'll use PCM and for that i will send in analog sound and it will be modulated by the module rite? and the data sent is analog or didgital? At the receive end, let say i use a PDA, how will i receieve it? what format will it be in?

2)if i use data as my input, i'll use UART, but is UART analog input or digital input? DO i need my own ADC? and is it a serial or parallel input?
