communication through bletooth????

i have my regular home phone line connected to my computer.My computer has bluetooth and so does my mobile phone .If my mobile phone and my computer are both connected via bluetooth can i call from my mobile phone using my regular home phone line via bluetooth??if yes how??which programmin language can i use??
