Bluetooth on XP - Please help

I have a Nokia 6230i and a bluetooth dongle.

I have installed the software that came with the dongle.

But there is absolutely nothing on xp regarding bluetooth equipment.

I have been told to go : start- control panel - printers and other hardware and the option should be there for bluetooth.

However XP has absolutely no mention of bluetooth.

Please can anyone help as this driving me mad !!!
