Default transferring jad and jar games and applications from the pc to a motorola razr

what do I need for transferring .jad and .jar games and applications from
the pc to a motorola razr, apart from the usb datacable what else in terms
of software do I need?

FFS sort your sig out please. It shouldn't be longer than four lines (36 is
just taking the piss) and should have a valid sig delimiter (dash dash
space).
