New to Bluetooth with problem

Hi all,

Hope you can help. I have the Motorola Razr phone and a desktop with a bluetooth USB. The setup went ok and I can send items from the phone to the computer, but I can't seem to send to thge phone from the computer. When I click on "Copy to bluetooth" (for example, from a photo), it finds the phone and starts the FTP thing. From there, it sais unable to setup FTP, connection failed.

So what am I missing or forgeting to do? Any tricks to get this to work?

which phone do u have?
what type of things do you want to transfer (how big are they?)
