Bluetooth network, broadband connection

I have XP pro SP2 on my desktop with a USB bluetooth dongle and XP home SP2 on my laptop with a USB bluetooth dongle. I had the 'dial up networking' working with no problems. I've just upgraded to broadband. How do I utilise the desktop USB broadband modem with my Bluetooth network?
