PocketMirror Pro XT install issues.

I just purchased PocketMirror Pro XT and can not get it to install onto my PC. I receive a message saying I need version 4.1 or greater of the Palm Desktop and I have 4.1.4. Now it seem that Chapura was hit by Katrina and i can't get any support. Can anyone lend a hand?
